The LGBTQ+ community is mourning the loss of Koby Falks, a beloved Australian adult content creator known off-camera as Anthony Cox, who passed away on May 28, 2025, at the age of 42.

His death was confirmed on June 1 through social media posts from his partner Sam Brownell and a statement from his public relations agency.
Koby Falks was known not just for his work in the adult industry, but also for his openness, emotional honesty, and courage to show up as his authentic self.
Just days before his passing, Falks posted a deeply moving message on Instagram about shedding the masks and armor he had worn for years.

He wrote, “Turns out, the scariest thing wasn’t being rejected — it was being seen. No more masks. No more performance. Just me, as I am. Raw. Real. Free.”
He added, “This is for the younger me who just wanted to be loved without pretending. And for anyone else out there still hiding — you don’t have to be a symbol. Just be you.”

Fans and fellow creators quickly filled his page with tributes, calling him a beautiful soul who inspired many with his vulnerability and realness.
His publicist Matthew Leigh described Falks as warm, charismatic, and deeply respectful, noting that he left an impression both professionally and personally.

Falks had a growing presence on platforms like OnlyFans and hosted events in Sydney’s queer nightlife scene, including parties at Sydney Sauna.
He used his platform not just to entertain, but to advocate for self-acceptance and mental health awareness, often encouraging others to love themselves as they are.

His passing follows a string of recent losses in the queer adult industry, including Tim Kruger, Damien Stone, and Colton Ford, deepening the sense of grief and reflection across the community.
While the cause of death has not been made public, Koby Falks’ message is clear and lasting — that beauty is found in our rough edges, and strength lies in being seen.
He will be remembered with love, not just for the work he did, but for the heart he shared.
