Jonathan Van Ness, the beloved grooming guru from Queer Eye, and his husband Mark Peacock have just marked a fabulous five years of marriage on June 5, 2025.
In a heartwarming Instagram post, Van Ness shared a sunny snapshot of the couple, captioned simply, “Married for 5 years today,” accompanied by a wedding ring and teary-eyed emoji.
Fellow Queer Eye star Tan France chimed in with a sweet comment: “Happy Anniversary, you guys 🥰🥰.”
The couple’s love story began in 2019 when Van Ness was on a comedy tour in London.
Their first date quickly blossomed into a whirlwind romance, culminating in a private wedding ceremony on June 5, 2020.
Van Ness and Peacock have since built a life filled with shared passions and playful moments.
They reside together with their five cats and three dogs, enjoying activities like cooking, playing pickleball, and indulging in arts and crafts in their garage studio.

One of their more unexpected shared hobbies? A mutual obsession with Fortnite.
In a recent interview, Van Ness recounted a day when they “accidentally” played the game for eight hours straight, saying, “We got home at noon, and the next thing I knew, it was eight. We unintentionally spent eight hours playing Fortnite. This game is a lot of fun!”
Despite their public personas, the couple has maintained a relatively private relationship, occasionally sharing glimpses into their life together through social media posts and interviews.
