Charlie Sheen is being accused of passing HIV to a homosexual partner and could be facing serious jail time

According to RadarOnline.com, a man has traced his infection back to a tryst he had with Charlie and now he’s suing. The man’s identity is being withheld.

Under California law, it’s illegal for an HIV-positive person to have consensual sex without a condom. If there is an intent to transmit the virus.

Charlie could be sentenced up to eight years behind bars, in addition to fines and court fees, if found guilty.

“Sheen could be on the hook for millions,” New York City attorney Peter Gleason told Radar. “You’re talking about pain and suffering, mental anguish and future medical costs.”

Charlie came out publicly as HIV-positive in an interview with the Today Show in 2015. He then revealed that he had paid millions of dollars to blackmailers in order to hide his status.

The same year, Charlie settled out of court with a man who claimed the actor had infected him with herpes during gay sex in 2011.

“Well, apparently, the cat is finally out of the bag,” he wrote. “I’m so thrilled to be a part of the epic American mythology that is ‘Star Trek’!”

“Star Trek has always been of diversity and universality and unity. If you say you love the legacy of Star Trek, but you don’t love that, then you’ve missed it,” said Rapp’s costar Sonequa Martin-Green. “I encourage you to come on the journey with us.”

“Our opportunity is to take our view of conflict today and still search for some resolution that is not dystopian, but utopian,” added Rapp. “I promise you that we passionately believe in what we are doing. We want to do something meaningful and honor what came before.”

Gareth said: “The most surprising thing out of everything is the acceptance of the level of abuse – the normality that abuse has been given. I find that unacceptable.

“It’s a human right that we are allowed to be who we want to be – but within this game if you’re not the stereotypical male or female we expect you to be then we’re allowed to abuse you for 90 minutes. I would give my right arm to sit down in a room with one of these people, just to understand their views.”

Gareth talks about the tormenting years before he came out, and the struggles he had with hiding his sexuality.

But it’s not all bad. He also talks about the fantastic support he got when he finally came out.

He said: “It took my team-mates, my friends, my family, probably 30 seconds of contemplation to be able to say ‘it doesn’t matter’. And to me, all of a sudden, life was completely different.”

“The decision to write this came after I received a message from a brave individual. Such message inspired me to shed light on an aspect of my private life which I have kept distant from my career in music,” Grayson writes in his Instagram post (which has later been removed).

“I came to fully recognize that I was gay when I was sixteen. I decided not to publicize my sexuality largely due to a matter of privacy, as I was still trying to find comfort and confidence within my own skin.”

Gay ‘Teen Vogue’ Editor’s Epic Tweet Defending Sex-Ed Article

‘Teen Vogue’ editor Phillip Picardi posts golden tweet storm after right-wing christian nutjobs attack the magazine

Last week, ‘Teen Vogue’ published an exhaustive health-oriented guide to safe anal sex, which quite predictively infuriated the right.

Among those that were shocked and appalled over the sex ed piece was “The Activist Mommy,” who posted a video of herself burning the magazine while decrying that the editors’ brains are “in the gutter.”

The fact that the article was never printed in the magazine but only posted online didn’t exactly make the magazine burning any less ridiculous.

Christian site The Stream, published a story with this awesome headline: “The Predator in the Fashion Magazine: Teen Vogue Coaches Teenagers in Sodomy.”

“Wake up, Moms and Dads! A magazine produced for your teenage daughters is giving them explicit instructions on how to be sodomized,” they wrote.

“It is teaching them to be used by a guy, in a very dangerous way, for his pleasure and satisfaction. It is giving the clear message to every teenage boy that it’s perfectly acceptable to sodomize a girl, to use her, even physically hurt her for the sake of an orgasm.

“It is glorifying as good, normal and healthy, the harmful practice of homosexual sex.”
