Luke Evans, the hunky Welsh actor known for his roles in “Fast & Furious” and “The Beauty and the Beast”, recently caught the attention of Men’s Health publication. At 45, he candidly stated that he’s “happy” with his middle-aged physique in the glossy’s latest issue.

“I look at today’s photos and I’m happy. At 45, I’m already middle-aged, that’s what they call it, right? I feel good. I could be better,” Evans told Men’s Health. “I look in the mirror and think about training more, drinking less beer… but life is not that simple.”

Keeping his body in check for years with rigorous training for his on-screen roles, Evans now enjoys a physique he’s been working on literally half his life. Unlike many celebrities who dread the inevitable ageing process, Evans is embracing it with open arms and a healthy dose of self-love, proving to the world and the LGBTQ+ community that ageing is sexy and nothing to be afraid of.
